We manage back office functions for small to medium enterprises
The ORE Group of companies uses ORE Management Services as an in-house service to support its non-core functions, i.e. administration, marketing, Human Resource management, financial administration and bookkeeping.  We also provide these services for small and medium entities outside of the ORE Group.

We provide high level strategic consulting services to stakeholders in the public sector
In 2006, OMS began a facilitation process with a local community on behalf of a national infrastructure agency. Our process involved the Action Research Cycle and a 360 degree approach, and included the formulation of a new solutions model formulated by our consultants, as well as extensive qualitative and quantitative research and analysis.

We drive the direction of investment for the ORE Group
One of our earliest successes was a multi-million Rand Mari-culture investment project in the Western Cape.  Our subsequent investments have been in the areas of property development and the energy sector.
